Tri Fit Games is a three person team, functional fitness triathlon. The way this event is set up, each team of 3 will compete in a normal sprint triathlon, with one person swimming, another biking, and the third running. In between each leg of the triathlon, all 3 team members must complete a Wod together. Last year that included a beach workout with tires and sandbags, a workout comprising of a pull-up rig and a wall for hand stand push-ups and the third workout was an all barbell workout that really tested the athletes.
Our love for both functional fitness and triathlons helped us create a one of a kind racing experience. If you are like either of the directors, unconventional fitness is the way to go. Get ready for some unique and fun workouts mixed in to a team triathlon.
