Lucas Smelser, Certified New Balance Good Form Running Coach, 3x Boston Marathon Qualifier, Ironman Triathlete, and Ultra-runner will guide you through proper running form in order to train more efficiently.
We will be going over the “to do’s” and “not to do’s” to help you get to your goal.
Be ready to run for this FREE hour long session. If you cannot make this one don’t worry, we meet on the first and third Wednesday of every month!!
